Returns & Refunds Policy

1) Our Commitment

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Accessora. This Policy explains how to return items and how refunds are processed. It applies to purchases made on accessora.co.uk.

Return window: You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

2) Eligibility for Returns

• Initiated within 30 days of delivery;
• New, unused, and in original condition;
• All original tags/labels attached;
• Original packaging plus accessories, manuals, inserts;
• Order number and any return authorisation included.

3) Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised or custom-made items;
• Items showing wear, misuse, damage, alteration, or missing parts;
• Items returned outside the 30-day window;

If an item arrives damaged or defective, see Section 8.

4) How to Initiate a Return

• Request authorisation: email info@accessora.co.uk within 30 days with your order number, item(s), and reason.
• Follow instructions: we’ll provide the return steps and, if applicable, an RMA and correct address.
• Pack securely: use original packaging and include all contents; mark RMA and order number inside.
• Ship tracked: use tracked/insured postage and keep proof of shipment.

Important: Use only the return address we provide; returns sent elsewhere may be delayed or rejected.

5) Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind: customer pays return shipping.
• Faulty/incorrect item: we will arrange a suitable remedy per Section 8.

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

6) International Returns

For international returns, any duties/taxes/handling fees are the sender’s responsibility. Mark parcels as “Returned goods” where permitted.

7) Refunds

• We notify you once we inspect your return.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
• Bank processing times vary; allow 1–2 billing cycles.
• Missing/damaged items may reduce the refund.

8) Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@accessora.co.uk with your order number and photos/videos. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund.

9) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order.

10) Late or Missing Refunds

• Check your statement after a few days.
• Contact your card issuer—processing delays are possible.
