Return window: You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
For international returns, any duties/taxes/handling fees are the sender’s responsibility. Mark parcels as “Returned goods” where permitted.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@accessora.co.uk with your order number and photos/videos. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order.
